Living in San Tan Valley is a bit like going back to a simpler time. One of the reasons I started Down Home Real Estate was because I wanted to showcase one of the most special places in the East Valley. I really think you’ll agree that living in San Tan Valley has everything you and your family want and then some.

Located down the road from the hustle and bustle of big-city living, San Tan Valley is the perfect setting to get to know your neighbors. Cul-d-sacs serve as community gathering places, and neighbors help neighbors. When we think back to a time when people knew who lived next door and around the corner, and even socialized with them at backyard barbecues or 4th of July picnics, that’s what living in San Tan Valley is all about.

If you’ve never been to San Tan Valley, it’s just east of the Valley, south of Queen Creek. Some consider Queen Creek San Tan’s sister city because it’s just a few minutes away and offers San Tan Valley residents a variety of restaurants and shopping. And, while the area continues to grow, there is still a down home feeling you get when you live there. As an aside, that’s exactly why I called my business Down Home Real Estate…because that’s how I like to make people feel when we work together. It’s just how we do things in this part of the Valley.

If you’re interested in new housing, several new developments are in progress or beginning construction in San Tan Valley and south Queen Creek. A variety of home builders are available, offering houses of every variety including two-story, single story, with pools, in gated communities and more. There’s a little bit of something for everyone interested in living in San Tan Valley.

If you’re looking for a comfortable community to call home, living in San Tan Valley just might be the place for you. Whether you’re single, just married or with a young family, there are so many options for you. Give me a shout if you’d like to take a look at existing or new homes. I’d love to show you this charming community and help you find the perfect home for you. You’ll quickly see that I’m a big fan of living in San Tan Valley….because I live here, too!
