Living in San Tan Valley can feel a bit like stepping back into time. But with all the modern amenities you and your family want, including a local school district that emphasizes community.

Located in the far East Valley, San Tan Valley is really a hidden gem. Even though it continues to grow, San Tan Valley has kept its small-town feel. With shopping and entertainment a short drive away and endless outdoor recreation, San Tan offers a little bit of something for everyone. And it’s a great place to raise a family.

It’s hard to find the perfect environment for children. It’s a hustle and bustle world we live in and somehow along the way, that feeling of community has gotten lost. The idea of having a neighborhood where people know their neighbors and enjoy all of the benefits of that. Things like block parties, backyard barbecues, and playgroups for children. And, just the feeling of knowing who lives next door and across the street. Everyone kind of counts on each other and helps each other out.

For me and so many other others, living in San Tan Valley does just that. And for kids it’s a chance to do what we did when we were young. Spend time outdoors. Ride bikes in the cul-de-sac or play at the playground. Most importantly, living in San Tan Valley is a great place to make friends. When neighbors are close, community gatherings happen and are a great place to make life-long friends.
