Queen Creek had a great December this year. There was modest growth in year over year homes sold with an extra 20 homes sold. The real story is huge appreciation. The average home price rose over $20,000 from the same month last year. This is huge. If you bought your home 2-3 years ago you should have a decent amount of equity built already. Over all homes in Queen Creek are selling faster and for a higher price.

San Tan Valley December 2015

 

San Tan Valley is looking pretty healthy as well. The days on market has gone down and the average price per home rose almost $11,000. This to me shows a very healthy market with modest year over year appreciation. Most San Tan Valley home owners are in the same situation as Queen Creek home owners. If you bought your home 2-3 years ago you should have some equity.
